PINKS workout regimin!
PINK does 60 minutes of cardio A DAY..
followed by 60 minutes of YOGA..A DAY!
every single day...2 hours of working out..
she doesnt smoke..and drinks lots of redwine..
my kinda girl...
OR YOu could just do my fiance's diet...
no carbs..no sugar..no alcohol.( thats our wedding diet)
Although I feel like im on the slimquick commercial..
he's lost 16 lbs..and Ive lost 7. HAHAH
AND im spinning 4 times a week...for an hour..
geesh...men and their stupid metabolisms HAHAHA...
BUT..I did just order another bathingsuit from VS yesterday...
on a ship in the carribean for 6 days in nothing but a bathingsuit...
yes..that thought is what gets me through HAHAH...:)
